INACTIVE EMPLOYEE RECORD APPEARS WHEN ENROLLING EMPLOYEE IN ADMINISTER TRAINING

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Employee details are defaulting from inactive record while enrolling an employee in a training, when employee got two records 0 and 1. Expecting training should access the employee data only from active record or latest record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an employee and then terminate
2. Rehire the employee with the same employee number
3. Enroll the employee to a course at Administer Training > Student enrollment > enroll individually
Notice that two employee record appears even the one that is no longer active
