Line Numbers For Copied Requisition Are Out Of Sequence If Lines Are Deleted Before Submission (Doc ID 2109106.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new requisition, if you add 5 lines, delete the second line and the fourth line, and save (submit), the line number for the 3 remaining lines will be updated to 1, 2, and 3. This is working correctly.
However, when copying a requisition with 5 lines, if you delete the second line and the fourth line, and save (submit), the line number for the 3 remaining lines will not be updated to 1, 2, and 3, but it will save as 1, 3, and 5, which is not working as same as creating a new requisition.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create ePro requisition with 5 special request lines.
2. Save & Submit
3. Go back to eProcurement>Manage Requisitions, at the end of the req you just created, Select Copy form the dropdown.
4. Mark lines 2 and 4 and click the Delete Selected button
5. Note the line numbers are now out of sequence also it's allowed to click Save & Submit.
