User Profile Created from a Customer Contact Is Not Saved when the User ID Is the Same as the Password (Doc ID 2109257.1)

Symptoms

When creating a User Profile from a Customer Contact (navigation: Customers, Contact Information - Hyperlink: User Profile) and the User ID is the same as the Password, the new User Profile shows as saved while in fact, it is not. It is expected that a message would be thrown saying that the Password cannot match the User ID.
