Symptoms

Field label Issues in Advanced search and Submit learning page

STEPS TO REPLICATE
--------------------
Employee Self Service

Step 1: User id PS  is tied to Learner ID 750.
Step 2: Leaner ID 750 is tied to Learning Environment ‘North America’
 
Step 3: Navigate to Self Service >Learning >Search Catalog

Issue #1 : ‘Instructor’ field in Advanced Search – no field label is present.

Step 4: Navigate to Self Service >Learning >Search Catalog and click on Request new learning.
Step 5: Click on Search Button

Issue #2 : ‘Instructor’ field in Advanced Search – no field label is present.
Issue #3 : ‘Start Date’ field in Advanced Search – only field label is present and this field does not exist in other ESS Advanced Search page refer to screenshot at #1.


Manager Self Service

Step 1: Login as Manager and navigate to Manager Self Service >Team Learning >Search Catalog
Issue #4 : ‘Instructor’ field in Advanced Search – no field label is present.
Issue #5 : ‘Instructor’ field in Advanced Search – no field label is present.
Issue #6 : ‘Start Date’ field in Advanced Search – only field label is present

Instructor & Administrator

Step 1: Navigate to Enterprise Learning >Learning Tasks>Maintain Learning Request and click on Maintain Learning Requests.
Step 2: Clicking on View Details link will open below page  
Step 3: Click on View Request  
Step 4: Click on Search Button
Step 5: Click on Advanced Search

Issue #7: ‘Instructor’ field in Advanced Search – no field label is present.
Issue #8: ‘Start Date’ field in Advanced Search – only field label is present.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Self service users are unable to use advanced search catalog filters.
