GP UK - Issue With Report Definition GPGB_NI_UPD (Doc ID 2109453.1)

Report definition GPGB_NI_UPD is not working after applying UK SOY patch - UPD927357. Process fails with below BI Publisher error.

Replication steps
run 'Update NI Categories' process from Process NI Category Update GBR paage.
simply open Report definition GPGB_NI_UPD in BI Publisher > Report Definition page and try to preview.
