USA Region Fields Visible In Regional Tab Of Modify A Person even when it is not Setup on The Primary Permission List (Doc ID 2109976.1)

Symptoms

After updating the Primary Permission List and Setting Up Organizational Defaults for a non-USA country (say Singapore), the USA related content is still visible in Regional tab of Modify a Person.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to as user having the primary permission list HCPPSGP.
2. Navigate to Main Menu >> Workforce Administration >> Personal Information >> Modify a Person
3. Search for an employee. On the Regional tab, USA regional fields are visible to the user.

Note : The issue is with all countries, and not just Singapore.
