Goal

In HCM ACA, where an employee has waived coverage,


a. what should the Offer of Coverage in Line 14 code series 1 be?
b. what should the Line 16 code series 2 Safe Harbor codes be, for employees who waived the coverage for the year?
c. are dependents supposed to be recorded on Part III of the extract and the 1095-C?
d. what should the value for the months be -- Y, N or blank on Part III?

e. is there any guidance on Line 15 lowest cost reporting on Part II?
