Existing Employee With New Employment Record Incorrectly Printed As "New Employee" In CPF Monthly Contribution Report

For an existing employee, when a new employment record is added with Payroll System "Others", the employee is generated into the "New employee" section when the CPF Monthly Contribution Report is printed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Run and finalize the current payroll.
2 Run Create CPF Reporting Data.
3 Add new Employment record, effective 1st of the next pay period, with Payroll System "Others".
4 Run and finalize payroll.
5 Run Create CPF Reporting Data.
6 Run CPF Mthly Contribution Rpt SGP.
