Incorrect Dates In Notification Link If The Dates Are Changed In A Pushed Back Absence Request (Doc ID 2110428.1)

The managers notification link does not work for an absence when the absence has previously been pushed back and had its dates changed. The link uses the original dates so it does not manage to open the absence.

Approval process 'AbsenceManagement' has no instantiated process with id 0.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee HCRUSA_KU0020 submitting an absence for the 26th
2. Manager HCRUSA_KU0046 pushing this back
3. Employee HCRUSA_KU0020 changing the dates to the 27th and submitting it again
4. Manager HCRUSA_KU0046 signing in and the Notification link not opening the request.
