Filters Issues in Advanced search and Submit learning page

STEPS TO REPLICATE

Employee Self Service

Step 1: User id PS  is tied to Learner ID.
Step 2: Leaner ID  is tied to Learning Environment ‘North America’
Step 3: Navigate to Self Service >Learning >Search Catalog and click on Request new learning.
Step 4: Click on Search Button

Issue #1 : The filters are not working properly.

Instructor & Administrator

Step 1: Navigate to Enterprise Learning >Learning Tasks>Maintain Learning Request and click on Maintain Learning Requests.
Step 2: Clicking on View Details link will open below page  
Step 3: Click on View Request  
Step 4: Click on Search Button
Step 5: Click on Advanced Search

Issue #2: The filters are not working properly.
