Why does Data Migration Workbench show the following fields grey or not available to click after upgrade from PeopleTools 8.54.07 to PT8.54.19?

Description: Data Conversion
Project state: check integrity succeeded

Copy To File = Avail
Validate = Grey
Compare = Grey
Submit for Copy = Grey
Check Integrity = Avail
