E-AWE: Status Monitor Expansion Of Comment History Results Error While Looking For History Comments In Interaction Hub. Error Includes EOAW_HISTORY_MON.HistoryController.OnExecute Name:HistoryController (Doc ID 2112197.1)

On : PT 8.53.13, hcm 9.2, fscm 9.2, crm 9.2, portal 9.1


When attempting to using the Interaction Hub to access Status Monitor View History Links the following error occurs.

No approval process of id AH_TimesheetCorrection is registered with the system (18081,1046) EOAW_CORE.DEFN.AWTxn.OnExecute Name: InitById PCPC:8172 Statement:96
Called from EOAW_HISTORY_MON.HistoryController.OnExecute Name:HistoryController Statement:11
Called from EOAW_HISTORY_VIEW.GBL.PreBuild Statement


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit transaction for approval.
2. Alter original transaction to cause Terminate of initial transaction and insert of new transaction.
3. From Interaction Hub access the Approval
3. In Status Monitor under Comment History, a View History link should now appear.
4. Press the View History link
5. Observe error.
