Error When Changing One Time Address On ePro With Vertes Setup Enabled

Getting error message when we have changing the one time address while having a Vertex setup enabled. GetField: Field 'TAX_WRK.GEOCODE_LOOKUP_PB' not found in scroll level 0.(2,155) ADDRESS_SBR.POSTAL.FieldChange  PCPC:943  Statement:18The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level.  This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name. Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Setup the Vertex for business Unit
2. One time address enabled on Requisition settings page
3. try to enter a new one time address.
4. Getting the mentioned error message
