E-NV: "Microsoft Interface Exception" Error Received when Running nVision Reports (Doc ID 2112442.1)

Symptoms

nVision reports are running to "No Success" through the web.

In the message log the following general error message is received : "Microsoft Interface Exception" .


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > PS/nVision > Define report request
3. Run a report
4. Notice that the report goes to "No Success"
