HCM 9.2.13


It appears Time entered on 1st day of time period but earlier than day breaker is NOT being assigned to the previous day (Sunday). Note that the same scenario entered on any other day of the time period, or entered in conjunction with a prior period adjustment works as expected.

Steps to Recreate:
Setup:
Base Time Zone = MSTA (Mountain Standard Time – Arizona)
Workgroup :
DayBreaker 06:00 AM
DayBreaker Option : Split By Day Breaker
Day Breaker Range: Range Start Day
BI Weekly Period, Monday - Sunday
Employee ‘s Time Zone on Time Reporter Data : MSTA

1. Employee’s ECD is set to 1st day of time period.
2. Employee punches in at 4:00am, out at 11:00 on 1st Monday of time period.
3. Run time administration.
4. Expected result: 2hrs on Sunday, 5 hrs on Monday
5. Actual Results: 7hrs on Monday

Business Impact;
Incorrect payable time causes confusion for users and delays in processsing.
