EAR9.1+:Payments In Process are Not Being Displayed in The Collections Workbench Even After Setting Them To Post

On : 9.1 version, Collections Workbench

When entering Express Deposits and even after setting them to post, the payments are not being displayed in the Collection Workbench, section Outstanding Payments.

Payments should be displayed as payments-in-progress, as those entered by Regular Deposit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add an Express Deposit payment;
  2. Fill-in all the deposit and payment details, but keep it as Do Not Post;
  3. Go to AR > Customer Accounts > Customer Information > Account Overview >Profile tab;
  4. The In Progress Payments link will be blank;
  5. Set the Express Deposit to Batch Standard;
  6. The In Progress Payments link will be blank;
  7. Re-set the Express Deposit to Do Not Post and Build the corresponding worksheet;
  8. The In Progress Payments link will correctly show the deposit.

For the regular deposits, the issue will not occur, but for express deposits,the page will not show the payments correctly if the corresponding worksheet will not be build.
