When Click On Catalog Link Requisition Setting Page Opens Up (Doc ID 2113328.1)

When click on Catalog list, It does not open up instead it opens Requisition setting page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.LAND_ON_REQ_SETTINGS_PG role action is enabled to the user role.
2.Go to create a requisition and click OK
3.Click Requisition Settings link at the top of the page
4.Click magnifying glass next to Business Unit field and change the business unit and click ok to return to main screen
5.Click on a menu option “Catalog” to view list
6.Requisition Settings page is displayed instead of going to the page to view the list of catalogs


When user entered BU value at PV_REQ_ENTRY page and create requisition from Punchout site. When return back to Peoplesoft system it routes back to Look-UP Business Unit page to re-enter business unit.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Navigate to eprocurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Procurement Users > User Preferences
2.BU is not setup at User Preferences > Overall Prefrences tab
3.Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition
4.Enter BU and Proceed to create requisition
5.Select punchout link under Web
6.Add items and Submit cart
7.Page returned to Look-UP Business Unit page
