Error "No matching buffer found for level (15,26)" when Attempting to Open the 'Correct Par Replen Errors' Page After Deleting a Row (Doc ID 2113552.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the 'Correct Par Replen Errors' page (navigation: Inventory, Replenish Par Locations, Correct Par Replen Errors) after having previously deleted a row in that page and rerun the
'Cart Replenishment' process (INPGCDMD) (also called 'Par Replenishment' process), the page errors with the following message:

No matching buffer found for level (15,26)
