An error message is triggered when checking compensation transaction rows with change amounts that have 4 or more decimal, and the preceding row has zero compensation

1) One row in Job data with an action of ‘Pay Rate Change’ has a compensation value of zero;
2) The following row with an action of ‘Pay Rate Change’ and the amount is to a precision of 4 or more decimal places.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Log into the system as the user associated with the employee with the setup mentioned above.
2)Navigate to Compensation History.
3)Click on the row with the compensation value that is to 4 or more decimal places, and after the zero compensation row.
4)The ‘negative amount’ error is displayed.
