E-SES: Unable To Create Oracle SES Search Definition with SES DB on AIX 7.1 (Doc ID 2115503.1)

Symptoms

On : PT8.54.16, SES 11.2.2.2.0 version installed on AIX 7.1

When attempting to go through the diagnositics for the Oracle SES via FSCM 9.2,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

Following the steps (final steps on the How to Integrate Oracle SES and PeopleTools pdf)
On PT8.54.16, FSCM 9.2 Image 11.
Oracle SES 11.2.2.2 was installed in mode 1. Web\App\DB all on the same tier (AIX 7.1).

When going through the diagnositics for the Oracle SES via FSCM 9.2, getting the error:
