When attempting to add a termination record to the Health Benefit table for Plan Type 10, the following error occurs:

  Election data may not be entered for Plan 10 on 2001-01-01 since coverage is Waived or Terminated. (3000,32)
  When coverage has been waived or terminated, no entry of election- or participation-related fields is allowed. This includes benefit plan, coverage options, contribution amounts, or other coverage information. Please remove
  this information if it does not apply, or set the Coverage Election to "Elected" if that is more appropriate.

1. Enter a termination record on the Health Plan table for Plan Type 10 (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Health Benefits).
2. Click Save.
