Is there a way to send an approval e-mail notification to HR department to notify them when an employee wants to change his personal bank Account in employee self service (Main Menu ->Self Service->Payroll and Compensation->Personal Bank Accounts). 

This way HR can verify if the entered Bank Account is correct.
