Symptoms
Sourcing to Inventory from ePro with split distribution line, there are issues with Build Inv Demand
When sourcing to Inventory from eProcurement for a line item with a quantity of 1 Each and you split the distribution line to multiple chart strings, the Build Inventory Demand job (application engine PO_REQINVS) the Stock Request generates two Inventory Demand lines of 1 each.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a requisition to source to inventory with a qty of 1
2. split the distribution into .5 and .5 with different acct and dept
3. push to inventory
4. inventory will get one MSR with two schedules. Since the schedule was not split it should only have one.
