E-PPR: Required Fields Not Highlighted After Error Message is Displayed (Doc ID 2116316.1)

Symptoms

Required Fields are not getting highlighted after the error message is displayed.  Normally the required fields would be highlighted in red after the error message is displayed.

Sample replication in FSCM application:

1) Navigate to Regular Entry page: Accounts Payable> Vouchers> Add/Update> Regular Entry (Add a New Value)
2) Choose Business Unit, Voucher Style
3) Click on Add to create a Voucher
4) Click on Save Button on 'Invoice Information' Page
5) Click Save.
6) Message Pops up: Highlighted fields are required. (15,30) Enter data into the highlighted fields.
7) Click OK Button.
8) See that no fields are highlighted
