2. Sequence of events :
1) Send the test email using the Thunder Bird
2) It will get process and can see in the Search Inbound Email
3) Create case for that email
4) Add Note to the Case , and email that Note
5) Select "Reply to Existing Email"
6) It will take to "Response" tab of Email Workspace
7) In the Message area you can see extra space in between the lines.
