E-PORTAL : Cannot Forward Applicants On Job Postings in IE 11/Firefox (Doc ID 2117069.1)

Symptoms

Trying to use Group Action to Forward a Group of Applicants (Job Openings) the user is unable to.  Using the checkbox to select the applicants, as soon as the user clicks on Group Action, the checkboxes are cleared and so if the user tries to forward the group; it indicates you must select an applicant.   This occurs with Browsers IE 11. and Firefox Sporadically


Steps to Replicate
 
1. Navigate to Recruiting> Search Job Openings > Select a Job Opening, make sure that it has applicants associated to it. I chose JO = 100003
2. Check the boxes next to the Applicants Name
3. Click on the Group Actions drop down
4. Note the Check boxes are cleared

No  Errors Occur
