The intent of this document is to describe solutions for problems or questions related to Global Payroll Thailand Legislative Changes for Tax Year 2016-2017.  AMENDMENT OF PF EMPLOYEES CAN SAVINGS HIGHER THAN THEIR EMPLOYERS  Sep 2015

Provident Fund Act B.E.2558 (No.4) section 10,the employee can contribute to PF from 2% - 15% of their salary. This makes the employee can contribute to PF higher than the employer rate.
