REQ_LN_DISTRIB.QTY_OPEN does not Decrement Properly if you Save the RFQ Award from the Analyze Quote Page Rather than the Create PO/Contract Page. (Doc ID 2117688.1)

Symptoms

When an RFQ is awarded, the open quantity on the requisition (REQ_LN_DISTRIB.QTY_OPEN) is not decreased. This causes additional purchase orders being created.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Requisition
Query REQ LN DISTRIB and verify the QTY_OPEN value.
Copy Req into RFQ
Query REQ LN DISTRIB and verify the QTY_OPEN value.
Dispatch RFQ
Enter Vendor Response
Enter Qty Award on Analyze Quote Tab of the Award Quotes Page
Navigate to the Create PO/Contract Tab of the Award Quotes Page and Check the Create Check Box
Navigate back to the Analyze Quote Tab of the Award Quotes Page and Click Save
Query REQ LN DISTRIB and verify the QTY_OPEN value.

REQ_LN_DISTRIB.QTY_OPEN was not reduced when then line was staged.
