How To Create A 1095-C Form for an Employee Who Received None Using the ACA Reissue process

An employee had an incorrect ACA Eligibility Status so no Form was generated for him/her when the ACA Data Extract and Create ACA XML Files processes were originally run. Once the ACA Eligibility Status is corrected, how can the reissue process be used to create a 1095-C for this employee who didn't get one in the original run of the Forms?
