CRM: RB_TSK_NOTE.ROW_ADDED_DTTM Is Updated When Task Is Reassigned

After reassigning a task to a new worker, "Date Added" field from the last note from the task is updated with a new date/time value

Replication Steps:

1. go to HelpDesk
2. go to Search Change Requests
3. open a Task
4. go to Notes tab to see the last Date Added note
5. go back to "Task Details" tab and reassign the task
6. when you go to Notes tab, Date Added value from the last task is modified;

This issue can be replicate on CRM 9.1 and CRM 9.2
