Change Amount Value is Being Set to Zero Incorrectly in Job Data > Compensation Tab (Doc ID 2118701.1)

Symptoms

The Change Amount value of 'Change' tab in 'Compensation' tab is getting reset to Zero.

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
Step 1. Search Job Data for the employee
Step 2. click on Correct History and Click button ¿+¿ and change Effective Date to 01/01/2015 and change in the action to 'Pay Rate Change' Reason to 'Adjustment'. And then in Compensation Tab, tab 'Changes' change amount 1,000.00 and click 'Calculate Compensation' and click Save. You will get Warning Messages click on OK.
Step 3. Re-open the employee record from Job Data and click on Correct History and Click button
Step 4. Change Effective Date same step 2 is 01/01/2015 and change in the action to 'Pay Rate Change' Reason to 'Cost-of living Adjustment'
Step 5 Click the Compensation tab but the System alert message 'Duplicate key value -- not allowed. (15,7) ; click OK.
Step 6. Change Effective Sequence = 1 and Click to Compensation tab and tab 'Changes' change amount 2,000.00 and click 'Calculate Compensation' and click. Save. You will get warning messages click on OK.
Step 7. Re-Open the employee record from Job Data in Employee number = KU0030 for check Change amount in Effective Sequence 0 and 1 in Effective date 01/01/2015
Step 8. Re-open the employee record from Job Data and click on Correct History and Click button + and Change Effective date 01/01/2015 and change in the action to 'Transfer'
Step 9. Change to tab 'compensation' but the System alert message 'Duplicate key value not allowed. (15,7)' ; click OK
Step 10. Change Effective Sequence to '1' again and click Save
Step 11. After click Save but the system alert message 'Duplicate key value' not allowed. (15,7)
Step 12. Now change effective sequence from '1' to '2' and Save again. The page will be saved.
Step 13. Re-open the Employee record from Job Data for check data .
Sequence 2 : Correct
Sequence 1 : Incorrect
If you view in step 7. Sequence number 1 is correct. In sequence 1 I have keyed change amount = 2,000.00 but system reset change amount = 0.0.
