PeopleSoft SES Search for Query Manager causes popup error
When searching for Query Manager via SES portal search, then searching for a query, an error is displayed.
It appears this is related to the double quotes in the breadcrumbs returned by navigating to the page via the search results. If you search for query manager with lower case, then a lower case q is in the error rather than Q.
Here are the steps to replicate:
Stand up FSCM Image 13 (tools 8.54.11) with SES configured.
Login as VP1 and change the PROD web profile setting to Disable Fluid On Desktop, save.
Login to FSCM Image console, su - psadm2, cd $PS_HOME/appserv, psadmin, shutdown APPDOM.
Clear cache on APPDOM and clean IPCs.
Serially boot APPDOM (parallel normally works but sometimes not after clearing cache).
Once APPDOM is booted, back out to the main psadmin screen and open the Web (PIA) Server administration.
Shutdown the peoplesoft domain.
Exit to command line and cd $PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/peoplesoft/applications/peoplesoft/PORTAL.war/ps/cache.
rm -rf * (within the cache directory).
Return to psadmin and boot the web server.
Login as VP1 and search from the Main Menu search bar for Query Manager.
Click the Query Manager link (Create or update queries and query specifications).
Search for a query (ex. APY9010), an error will display in the browser.
Due to this issue, users cannot use Query Manager via SES portal search
