eProcurement Requisition Sourced To PO Does Not Have Attachments And Comments as Corresponding To Respective Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2119859.1)

Symptoms

eProcurement Requisition Sourced to PO does not have Attachments and Comments as corresponding to respective Requisition lines when specify Item Specification Comments.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Specify Item Specification Comment for Item ID – 10005
2.Go to eProcurement > Create Requisition

Message Box appears –
Specifications for Item 10005 have been added to Line 1 comments. (10200,398)

The Item Specifications have automatically been copied into the Line Comments secondary page. To review the comments, click on the Line Comments pushbutton.

3.Click Ok > CheckOut
4.Click on Add Comment Icon on Requisition Line1
5.Add Comments and Attachments > Click Ok
6.Click Comment Icon on Requisition Line2
7.Line1 Comment appears with existing Item Specification Comments > Click on ‘+’ icon to add comment lines
9.Add Multi Line Comments and Attachments > Click ok
8.Save and Submit the requisition
10.Source requisition to PO through PO_AUTO_SRC process
11.Go to Add\Update PO > search for PO
12.Click on comment icon on PO line1 > Comments and Attachments are shown in same order as its shown in requisition
13.Click on comment icon in PO line2 >Attachments are shown in incorrect lines
