Incorrect Price When Changing the Currency in eProcurement Requisition Checkout Page

Incorrect price showing in the price field when changing the currency in eProcurement requisition checkout page. Price is not synced between two fields in the requisition line. Price is changed when quantity is added.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Setup Item with a supplier and two supplier attributes
2. Go to Requisition > Add item to cart > Checkout
3. Change the currency in checkout page > Price not synced
