EAM: Inter-unit Transfer Has Incorrect Depreciation for New Asset When Old Asset Is Fully Depreciated

An asset is inter-unit transferred using a new profile id. This profile will make the new asset fully depreciated.
After running AM_DEPR_CALC, the new asset has a new book value.

There should be no net book value because the asset is fully depreciated.

1. Inter-unit transfer is done with convention LD.
