ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Business Unit Issue with AR – Add Conversation Window

Issue: All available Business Units are not showing up for the customer in the Business Unit lookup under View/Update Conversations window.

But can be found in the Business Unit Lookup under Find an Existing Value under View/Update Conversations window
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 All available Business Units showing up for the customer in the Business Unit lookup under View/Update Conversations window.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation path:
Main Menu--> Account Receivable-->Customer Accounts-->Customer Information-->Account Overview-->Balances-->
2. Entered SetID, Unit,
3. Customer information
4. Click Search-->
5. click Balance under the Most Recent Activity
opens the Customer Item Inquiry window
7. Click Add Conversation opens the View/Update Conversations window
8. under Add a New Value, Business Unit lookup, only one Business Unit showing, even though multiple Business Units are available.

But can be found in the Business Unit Lookup under Find an Existing Value under View/Update Conversations window
