Last updated on MARCH 12, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll UK - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

System picks up incorrect Rehire Date and therefore GBR VR ACCDT computed is also incorrect.
As per BUG 21355665 fixed in image 15, an additional key GP_Paygroup was added to GBR AR STARTERS. Now system looks for a Hire/Rehire row for the current Paygroup and pull the date. This date is incorrect in certain scenarios.

Job Data:

EE Hired on 01-APR-09 in Paygroup X
Terminated on 14-MAY-11 in Paygroup X
Rehired on 15-APR-13 in Paygroup Y
Paygroup Transfer ( Action DTA) from Y to X on 21-OCT-13

both PAYGROUPS belongs to same PayEntity ABC

Till Last month ( i.e Feb 16) all tax and NI  accumulators like TAX DD PAYE YTD for SLFW1 Paygroup holds the User Key  15-APR-13 , the last rehire Date.

After application of Image 16, the accumulators for SLFW1 is accumulating under user key 01-APR-09, as the array manages to find the Hire date for Paygroup SLFW1, thus computing incorrect Tax values.

The Paygroup condition in the array GBR AR STARTERS should be removed, as it fails in the cases where there are pay group transfers within the same Pay enity
