Last updated on JULY 11, 2016

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Services Procurement - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For 8.9 adjusted timesheet data that got converted in 9.2,SPA_TIME_HDR.TIME_HDR_STATUS = "ADJ" and TIME_ADJUSTED_FLG = 'N'. This is a new field in 9.2 and for adjusted rows its value should be A. If SPA_TIME_HDR.TIME_HDR_STATUS = ADJ, TIME_ADJUSTED_FLG should be A, it is currently N. Also, the issue exists for PLOG and Expenses as well:If SPA_SHEET_HDR.EXP_HDR_STATUS = ADJ, SPA_ADJUSTED_FLG should be A, it is currently N. If SPA_PLOG_HDR.PLOG_STATUS = ADJ, SPA_ADJUSTED_FLG should be A, it ii currently N. If SPA_PLOG_DTL.PL_LINE_STATUS = ADJ, SPA_ADJUSTED_FLG should be A, it is currently N.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a time sheet in 8.9
2. Adjust it and try to use it in an upgraded database from 8.9 to 9.2
3. SPA_TIME_HDR.TIME_HDR_STATUS = "ADJ" and TIME_ADJUSTED_FLG = 'N'.
