Symptoms
Peoplesoft Search Framework is not working after applying a SHA2 certificate with strong ciphers(HIGH+TLSv1.2) for the Peoplesoft Integration Gateway url. The customer has configured SSL on the PeopleSoft side to only accept the following strong ciphers: (>= 256 bit ciphers) which are included in TLS V1.2. Oracle SES is configured as http.
When you deploy a search definition, you receive handshake errors in the search logs, this configuration was working before applying SHA2 certificate with strong ciphers.
