EAM: Wrong Label In Mass Change Request Page - Mass Transaction "ADJ - Asset Cost Adjustment" (Doc ID 2123745.1)

Goal

In the Run Mass transaction page, for the Transaction "ADJ - Asset Cost Adjustment" , the field label "Cost Percent" is misleading. It works like a cost multiplier and not as a cost percentage. The label says "Cost Percent" whereas it behaves like a "cost multiplier". The mass change program multiplies the asset cost with the value entered in this field. So, in effect, when we want to adjust the asset cost to 50%, we need to enter 0.50 in this field (instead of 50). though, going by the label, we should enter 50 here.
