E-WAS: Users Fail to Access Application Through IHS Server with Error Message "Not Found" (Doc ID 2123869.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot log into the application, it throws below error message when they try to access the application using IBM HTTP Server (IHS) RPS server. The same is working fine if they directly access through WebSphere URL.

Not Found

The requested URL /HCMUAT/signon.html was not found on this server.
