PUM 16 AWE Issues and T&L performance (Doc ID 2124100.1)

Symptoms

All AWE transactions are either throwing errors or not finishing after applying PUM 16.

 

If they are throwing errors, this is the message that pops up:

For Time and Labor, the following processes may take much longer than usual or never complete (issue compounded when dealing with employees that have multiple employee records):

-Web clock time entry

-Time sheet time submission

-TCD time loading

-TL_ST_LIB.MA000.Step080

-Approving time
