BEN023 DEP HIPAA CERTIFICATE PRINTS INCORRECT COVERAGE BEGIN DATE AFTER a Waive period.
The BEN023 date range should start after any Waive period ends.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Configure Base Benefits health plans so Waive election does NOT require proof of alternate coverage
2. Enrollments for employee and dependent
a. hire employee Mar 25/10 HIR event
b. add spouse 1c Mar 25/10
c. add coverage employee +spouse Mar 25/10
d. insert new row on spouse personal history Nov 8/10 - entry thru ben dep page
e. change health vendor 2e Mar 25/12 FSC event
f. OE 2014 - add coverage waive 01/01/2014 FSC - NO alternate coverage required
g. OE 2015 - add coverage elect Jan 1/15 FSC
h. Terminate from job/coverage Oct 15/15 TER
3. Run BEN022 - coverage dates are correct - coverage from 01/01/2015 to Oct 15/15 term date
4. Run BEN023 - coverage dates are incorrect - coverage from Mar 25/10 to Oct 15/15 term date
