 From Maintain Activities Menu, Receive Invalid Date Error When Viewing the Session Page for a Concluded Activity.

An invalid date has been encountered in a PeopleCode program.
Review the PeopleCode program to determine the cause of the error.



Steps to Replicate Issue:
 
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Catalog >Maintain Activities
3. {search/select} Activity with Status =Concluded
4. Click Learning Component  tab and then click Edit for Sessions
5. Click Sessions Tab, receive Error on Page
