E-COB: Compile error for XXXXXXXX.obj but no XXXXXXXX.lis file created (Doc ID 2124688.1)

Sample Environment:

Tools 8.53.14

HCM 9.2 PUM image 16
Net Express Version 5.1 WP4
Win 2008 R2 platform

Issue:

The site is using cblbld to compile all cobols. All cobols compile successfully, except PSPPYCAL, but no PSPPYCAL.lis was created.

The compiler`s error.lis simply says: Compile error for PSPPYCAL.obj.

Expected behaviour:

To create an PSPPYCAL.lis with the error message

Impact:

The site needs to be able to identify the issue with the compile, so the error can be fixed.
