Deleted Primary Instructor Issue

Deleted Primary Instructor is being reported within OBIEE analysis, which is the incorrect instructor.

Deleted Primary Instructor Issue in D_CLASS

Results of an OBIEE Analysis using Subject Area CSW - Student Records – Class Enrollment. The primary instructor is not the correct instructor for this class, the instructor shown was deleted in the source system, but it’s showing up in OBIEE.
Primary Instructor Person Id = 1750781
Primary Instructor Person Name = xxxxxx

The criteria for the query is:
Course Code is equal to / Is In 002713
AND Class session code is equal to / Is In 100
AND Term code is equal to / Is In 2143

The PS_CLASS_INSTR table shows the record for instructor 1750781 has a DATA_ORIGIN of ‘D’.
select crse_id, crse_offer_nbr, strm, session_code, class_section, class_mtg_nbr, instr_assign_seq, emplid, instr_role, sched_print_instr, instr_load_factor, data_origin, lastupd_ew_dttm from ps_class_instr where crse_id = '002713' and strm = '2143'
CRSE_ID = 002713
EMPLID = 1750781

The PRI_INSTRCTR_SID for class 6965 from PS_D_CLASS is xxxxxx.

The result on dimension PS_D_PERSON shows the PRI_INSTRCTR_SID is 930966 which is xxxxxx.

The issue has the following business impact:
