GP ESP: Duplicate Information in Cret@ XML File for an Employee with Two Records (Doc ID 2126176.1)

Last updated on MARCH 09, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Spain - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

An employee that has been terminated and rehired in the same company and he has the same employee number (EMPLID), but with different employee record (EMPL_RCD), appears once for the two segments and then he is printed again for the last segment in the XML Cret@ file. The employee is terminated in rcd=0 and then rehire in rcd=1, so not overlapping Jobs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Terminate an employee in a company
2.- Rehire them in the same company with a different EMPL_RCD
3.- Calculate payroll for the month
4.- Generate the Cret@ base file for the month in which termination & hiring was done
5.-Check that in the XML file the NAF node gets duplicated
