Activity Management Work Center shows 'No Access' on the Result Column of the Activity Manager

On : 9 version, Student Records Additional Features

On the self service Activity Manager, the exam section shows 'No Access' in the Results Access column.  The instructor is not able to add grades for the exam.

Expect the instructor to be able to add a result for the exam.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Self Service > Activity Management Work Center.
  2. Click to add results.
  3. Access for all contents except the exam is allowed, but the exam shows 'No Access'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the instructor is not able to add a result for the exam.
