In Manager Self Service Career Planning, after entry the Strength Development the Employee Rating shows invalid value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new content type with Rating model as one property.
2. In career planning self service parameters add this content type in strengths development.
3. Through ESS/MSS access the strengths and development page and assign strength using new content type "TEST"
4. Through Career Planning Admin Pages, Confirm Strengths for Employee have "(Invalid Value)".
