Error Creating Indexes PO_SPEND_PVG on 9.2 PUM 17 while Upgrading from 9.1 (Doc ID 2126748.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading to 9.2 PUM 17 the following error occurs on SQL Server database.

Msg 1904, Level 16, State 1, Server XXXXXXXXXXXX, Line 1
The index 'PSBPO_SPEND_PVG' on table 'PS_PO_SPEND_PVG' has 23 columns in the key list. The maximum limit for index key column list is 16.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created the Demo database which came with PT 8.54
2. Upgrade to PT 8.55.02
3. Install the Application Fixes Required for 8.55 Tools Upgrade from Image 17
